I worked (average) ten hours per day.
Not to mention piano school, task, studies, and practice.
Then cleaning my room and lots of other stuff.
My average sleeping hours is less than six hours per day, and I thought
"This is so tiring."
And like what happens to people with less sleeping hours:
1. Mata bengkak, sembab, lingkaran hitam di bawahnya
2. Mudah terpancing emosi
3. Mudah lupa
4. Susah konek
5. Tired all the time
6. Losing weight
well, I have all 6 and I need...a hug.
Then fall asleep.
Note:
But if it's for good, then fight for it.. ;)
